REFUNDS & RETURNS Policies for Online Orders FAQ

Kitchen Boutique RETURNS Policy:
You can return eligible items for a refund of the purchase price within the following time frames: 30 days of receiving an order.

For in-store purchases, an original receipt or gift receipt is required.

Sale items and other discounted items are not eligible for returns and are a FINAL SALE.

If we have shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days.

Please review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before purchasing any item.

Returns by Post:

*Returns are to be paid at customer's expense. 

Please contact the store prior to shipping your item back for more information.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective:
- Special Order Items
- Gift Certificates
- Any item on sale or reduced price
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

REFUNDS POLICY:
*Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments

*All canceled/incorrect shipping website orders will result in a 3% RESTOCKING FEE. Please ensure you have chosen the CORRECT shipping method before finalizing your order.
*Shipping for all orders is completed ONCE a WEEK at our small outgoing warehouse.
