Kitchen Boutique Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns by Post

Returns are paid at the customer's expense. Please contact us prior to shipping for information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have the wrong product or the item(s) are damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Food/Perishable Items

Special Order Items

Gift Certificates

Any item on sale or reduced in price

Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items as these are a final sale. 

Refunds

Canceled website orders may result in restock fee of 2%. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at onlineorders@kitchenboutique.ca.

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is completed ONE TIME per week at our COCHRANE location warehouse. Please take this into consideration if your items are needed in a timely manner. 

    REFUND POLICY

    • Original Receipt for In-Store Purchases - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
    • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of an in-store Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
    • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
    • Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments
