Kitchen Boutique Return Policy
You can return eligible items for a refund of the purchase price within the following time frames: 30 days of receiving an order. For in-store purchases, an original receipt or gift receipt is required. Sale items and other discounted items are not eligible for returns. If we have shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days.

Ways to Return
- Returns by Post – Returns are to be paid at customer’s expense. Please contact the store prior to shipping for more information.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective:
- Special Order items
- Gift Certificates
- Any item on sale or reduced price
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Original Receipt for In-Store Purchases - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of an in-store Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments
