Kitchen Boutique RETURNS Policy:
You can return eligible items for a refund of the purchase price within the following time frames: 30 days of receiving an order.

For in-store purchases, an original receipt or gift receipt is required.

Sale items and other discounted items are not eligible for returns and are a FINAL SALE.

If we have shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days.

Please review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before purchasing any item.

Returns by Post- Returns are to be paid at customer's expense. Please contact the store prior to shipping for more information. The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective:
- Special Order Items
- Gift Certificates
- Any item on sale or reduced price
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

REFUNDS POLICY
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments
*All canceled website orders will result in a $10 CANCELLATION FEE. Please ensure you have chosen the CORRECT options for SHIPPING or curbside PICK-UP before placing your order.
*Shipping for all orders is completed once a week at our outgoing warehouse.
