Knife Sharpening
FREE Wusthof & Zwilling J.A. Henckels Knife Sharpening
- This service is FREE, but we do ask that you bring a donation to the food bank.
- A maximum of 3 Wusthof and/or Zwilling J.A. Henckel knives will be accepted per person. We will be checking your knives prior to registering you, so please make sure that you do NOT bring knives from other brands as we will have to turn you away.
- We are unable to sharpen scissors, cleavers, or any serrated-edged knives.
- You must be PRESENT at the time of sharpening.
- The FIRST 30 people to REGISTER IN-PERSON at 10AM (Cochrane) or 6PM (Canmore) will be accepted. This is a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you come early to be registered, we will then give you an approximate time to return if you are in the second half of the people registered (like come back in 1 hour or 1.5 hours). If we have time leftover at the end of the sharpening, we will then fill up with anyone who didn't make the first 30 people. We cannot make any promises though, so please plan accordingly.
